A total of $6,196.81 was raised.In memory of Officer Gary Michael, 50% of the profits from this product was donated to the Missouri Law Enforcement Funeral Assistance Team, and 50% was donated to the Supporting Heroes Fund.

Police Officer Gary Michael was shot and killed during a traffic stop in the area of East Green Street and North 2nd Street at approximately 10:45 pm.

When Officer Michael stopped the vehicle for suspected registration violation, the driver exited the vehicle and opened fire. Despite being mortally wounded, Officer Michael was able to return fire. It is not known if the subject was shot. The man fled the scene in the vehicle then crashed two blocks away. The subject then fled on foot and remains at large.

Officer Michael had served with the Clinton Police Department for less than one year.
